If you are using the Tohoku, Hokkaido, Yamagata, Akita, Joetsu, or Hokuriku Shinkansen, please change to the JR Keihin Tohoku Line, Utsunomiya Line, Takasaki Line, or JR Saikyo Line at Omiya Station.

If coming from the nearest station, Saitama-Shintoshin Station.
Exit the Saitama-Shintoshin Station central ticket gate and head towards the West Exit
2: Turn left just before the cafe
Continue along the covered path for about 100m
4: Follow the road to Saitama Shintoshin Joint Government Building No. 2
5: Continue along the covered path for about 50m
6: Continue along the footbridge for about 30m

About 400m from the "Bijogi JCT" exit from the "Shintoshin" on the Tokyo Outer Ring Road

If you are traveling to Takasaki City and Kumagaya City

Turn left at the 'Yawata-dori' traffic light on National Route 17, go out the 'Shintoshin' exit from the 'Shintoshin Exit Ramp' on the Metropolitan Expressway Saitama Shintoshin Route, and drive about 400m.

THE MARK GRAND HOTELB1/B2 has a parking lot that can accommodate up to 127 cars. (Barrier-free space reservation required)

[Normal charge]

Weekdays: 300 yen per 30 minutes, maximum 900 yen until midnight on the same day
Weekends and holidays: 300 yen per 30 minutes

Height limit: 2.2m

Hotel guests may use the parking lot for 1,500 yen per vehicle per night.
For customers who spend 2,000 yen or more at the restaurant, parking is free for up to 2 hours (1 car) during lunch and cafe time on weekends and holidays, and free for up to 3 hours (1 car) during dinner time on weekdays and weekends and holidays. Parking before 4 p.m. is considered lunch and cafe time.
Customers who spend 2,000 yen or more at the convenience store can park for up to two hours free of charge (per car).
