Delivery service

Shipping your luggage
We accept parcel delivery (cash on delivery only) at the front desk, or Yu-Pack at the convenience store on the second floor. If you would like to receive your parcel upon arrival, please be sure to send it to the front desk with prepaid shipping, writing the guest's name (full name) and the date of your stay in the item name field.

Laundry

Our same-day laundry service means even long-term guests don’t have to worry about their clothes being ready. Any laundry brought to reception by 10:00 AM will be laundered and ready for pick-up by 6:00 PM the same day. (No service is available on Wednesdays, Sundays, and public holidays.)
