Scope of application
Article 1

Application for accommodation contract
Article 2

(2) Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival
(3) Accommodation charges (in principle, according to the basic accommodation charges listed in Attached Table 1)
(4) Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel
2. In the event that the Guest requests, during his/her stay, the continuation of the stay beyond the date of stay in Item 2 of the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel shall treat it as an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request is made. To do.

Article 3
1. The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the hotel has accepted the application in the preceding article. However, this does not apply when it is proved that the hotel did not accept it.

When an accommodation contract has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee specified by the hotel up to the basic accommodation fee for the period of stay (3 days if it exceeds 3 days) is paid by the date specified by the hotel. The application fee shall first be applied to the final accommodation charge to be paid by the guest, and in the event that a situation arises in which the provisions of Article 6 and Article 18 are applied, the order of compensation shall be paid after cancellation charges. 4. If the application fee in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the Hotel in accordance with the provisions of the same Paragraph, the accommodation contract shall become invalid. Article 4
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may enter into a special contract that does not require the payment of the deposit as stipulated in the same Paragraph after the contract has been concluded.

In the event that the Hotel does not request the payment of the deposit as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article or does not specify the due date for payment of the said deposit at the time of accepting the application for the Accommodation Contract, the Special Contract as stipulated in the preceding Paragraph shall be accepted. treated as
Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract
Article 5
The hotel may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.
(1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
(2) When there is no room in the guest room due to full occupancy.
(3) When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay is likely to act against the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals regarding accommodation.
(4) When the person seeking accommodation is an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, an organized crime group or related person, or any other anti-social force.
(5) When the person seeking accommodation is an organized crime group or a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by gang members.
(6) When the person who intends to stay is a corporation and one of its officers is a member of an organized crime group.
(7) When a person seeking accommodation has made a violent request to the Hotel or an employee of the Hotel, or has demanded an unreasonable burden.
(8) When the person who intends to stay is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
(9) When accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
(10) When the person who intends to stay is likely to cause trouble to other guests due to drunkenness, etc. When the Guest behaves or is likely to cause trouble to other Guests.
(11) When a person who has applied for accommodation secretly applies for his/her own profit, such as reselling the reserved room or mediation for a fee.
(12) When it falls under the provisions of the Travel Agency Law or the Inns and Hotels Law Enforcement Ordinance stipulated by prefectures.
Guest Right to Cancel Contract
Article 6
1. The Guest may cancel the Accommodation Contract by notifying the Hotel.
2. If the guest cancels the accommodation contract in whole or in part due to reasons for which the guest is responsible In the case where payment is requested and the guest cancels the accommodation contract before the payment. However, in the event that the Hotel has agreed to a special agreement as set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 1, the Hotel will notify the Guest of the obligation to pay the penalty when the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract in response to the special agreement. 3. If the guest does not arrive by 8:00 p.m. on the day of accommodation without contacting the hotel (if the estimated time of arrival is specified in advance, 2 hours after that time) , the accommodation contract may be treated as being canceled by the guest.
The hotel's right to cancel the contract

1. The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
(1) When it is recognized that the guest may commit acts contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals, or when it is recognized that the guest has committed such acts.
(2) When the guest is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
(3) When the accommodation cannot be provided due to reasons caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.
(4) When you are an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, an organization related to an organized crime group or a related person, or any other anti-social force.
(5) When an organized crime group or a member of an organized crime group is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities.
(6) When a corporation has a member of an organized crime group among its officers.
(7) When the Guest makes a violent demand against the Hotel or an employee of the Hotel, or demands an unreasonable burden.
(8) When it falls under Article 8 of the Saitama Prefecture Inns and Hotels Law Enforcement Ordinance.
(a) When it is recognized that the guest is likely to cause annoyance to other guests due to drunkenness, etc., or has behavior that significantly annoys other guests.
(b) When there are other justifiable grounds for refusing to stay.
(9) When smoking in the guest room, tampering with firefighting equipment, etc., or not complying with the prohibited matters (limited to those necessary for fire prevention) of the usage rules established by the hotel.
2. When the hotel has canceled the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel will not charge the guest for the accommodation services, etc. that have not yet been provided.
Registration of accommodation
Article 8
1. The Guest shall register the following particulars at the front desk of the Hotel on the day of accommodation.
(1) Guest's name, age, gender, address and occupation contact telephone number
(2) For foreign nationals, nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry
(3) Departure date and scheduled departure time
(4) Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel
2. When the Guest intends to pay the charges in Article 12 by any means other than currency, such as traveler's cheques, accommodation coupons, credit cards, etc., he/she shall present them in advance at the time of registration in the preceding Paragraph.
Room usage time
Article 9
1. Guests can use the hotel rooms as follows: Check-in: 15:00 Check-out: 10:00.
*This may vary depending on the plan. However, if you are staying consecutive nights, you may use the room all day except for the days of arrival and departure.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel may permit the Guest to occupy the room outside the hours specified in the same paragraph. In this case, the following additional fees will be charged.
(1) If check-out time is 10:00
* A. Use before 13:00: 30% of the room rate
* B. Use before 14:00: 50% of the room rate
(2) If you are using a late check-out plan, etc. and your check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
* A. Use before 14:00: 50% of the room rate
(3) Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, if a guest room is used beyond 2:00 p.m., 100% of the room rate (for one night) will be charged.
*Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, we may refuse to allow you to stay beyond the check-out time depending on the room availability on the day.
*The "room charge" that is the basis for calculating the additional charges set forth in this Article refers to the accommodation charge contracted by the guest minus consumption tax, meal charges, and other charges other than the room charge.
3. If the Guest intends to pay the charges stipulated in Article 11 by any means other than currency, such as accommodation coupons or credit card, these shall be presented in advance at the time of registration stipulated in the preceding paragraph.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel may permit the Guest to occupy the room outside the hours specified in the same paragraph. In this case, the following additional fees will be charged.
(1) Less than 3 hours: 30% of the room rate
(2) For stays of 3 hours or more, 50% of the room rate
(3) After 15:00, 100% of the room rate
3. If the Guest intends to pay the charges prescribed in Article 11 by any means other than currency, such as traveller's cheques, accommodation coupons or credit card, these shall be presented in advance at the time of registration prescribed in the preceding paragraph.
Compliance with usage rules

Guests are required to follow the usage rules established by the hotel and posted on the television set in the guest room and on the website.

The business hours of the hotel's facilities, etc. will be announced on notices in various places and on the televisions installed in guest rooms.

1. The breakdown of the accommodation charges, etc. that the guest should pay and the calculation method thereof shall be as listed in Appended Table 1.
2. Payment of the accommodation charges, etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be made at the front cashier at the time of the guest's departure or when requested by the hotel, in Japanese currency or by other alternative means such as a credit card approved by the hotel. increase.
3. Accommodation charges shall be charged even if the guest voluntarily does not stay after the hotel has provided a guest room to the guest and it has become available for use.
Our responsibility
Article 13
1. The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for damages in the course of fulfilling the Accommodation Contract and related contracts, or in the event of any non-fulfillment thereof causing damage to the Guest. However, this shall not apply if it is due to reasons not attributable to the hotel.
2. The hotel regularly conducts fire prevention inspections based on fire prevention laws and regulations, but in order to deal with fires, etc., the hotel has ryokan liability insurance.
Handling when contracted rooms cannot be provided
Article 14
1. When the hotel cannot provide the guest with the contracted guest room, the hotel shall obtain the guest's consent and arrange other accommodation facilities under the same conditions as much as possible.
2. If the hotel cannot arrange other accommodation notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel will pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the cancellation charges, and the compensation fee will be applied to the reparations. However, if there is no reason attributable to the hotel for not being able to provide the guest room, we will not pay the compensation fee.
Handling of deposited items
Article 15
1. When damage such as loss or breakage occurs to the goods, cash and valuables deposited at the front cashier by the guest, the hotel shall not exceed 150,000 yen, except in the case of force majeure. and compensate for the damage.
2. Any loss, breakage, or other damage caused intentionally or negligently on the part of the Hotel to items, cash, or valuables brought into the Hotel by the Guest but not deposited in the front safe deposit box. In the event that such damage occurs, the Hotel will compensate for the damage. However, the hotel will not compensate for damages for which the guest has not notified the guest of the type and price in advance, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the hotel.
Storage of guest's baggage or personal belongings
Article 16
1. When the baggage of the Guest is brought into the Hotel prior to his/her arrival, the Hotel shall be responsible for storing it only insofar as the Hotel has agreed in advance to such arrival and shall hand it over to the Guest at the Front Desk at the time of his/her check-in.
2. In the case of the preceding paragraph, acceptance of luggage will be conditional on the guest name and accommodation dates matching the reservation information, and on the condition that the luggage does not contain cash, valuables, fragile items, dangerous items, perishable items (items that must be refrigerated or frozen), or other items that the Hotel deems unsuitable for storage.
3. The Hotel may refuse to accept any luggage that does not meet the conditions set forth in the preceding paragraph, and shall not be liable for any deterioration, loss, theft, or other damage to the contents of such luggage.
4. If a guest leaves behind cash or valuables (*) at the hotel after checking out, the hotel will contact the owner and ask for instructions. However, if there is no instruction from the owner or the owner cannot be identified, the hotel will store the item for seven days, including the day it is found, and then turn it over to the nearest police station. Other items will be disposed of after two months. Of the items left behind, food and drink will be disposed of on the day they are found, for hygienic reasons. Additionally, cigarettes, magazines, umbrellas, hangers, and other similar consumable items will be disposed of the day after check-out.

5. The Hotel's liability for the custody of the Guest's baggage and belongings in the cases of the preceding two Paragraphs shall be in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article in the case of Paragraph 1, and in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article in the case of Paragraph 2.

When the Guest uses the parking lot of the Hotel or the building in which the Hotel is located, the Hotel and the building in which the Hotel is located shall rent the space regardless of whether or not the vehicle key is deposited. Therefore, we are not responsible for managing the vehicle. However, in the event that damage is caused intentionally or negligently on the part of the Hotel in managing the parking lot, the Hotel shall be responsible for compensation.
Guest Responsibility
Article 18
If the Hotel suffers damage due to intention or negligence on the part of the Guest, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for the damage.
Handling of Assistance Dogs for Physically Disabled Persons
Article 19
Guests who use guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs (hereinafter referred to as "assistance dogs") shall use the Hotel after acknowledging the following matters.
(1) We may ask you to show your ID card before entering the building if necessary.
(2) If it is recognized that there is a risk of damaging the premises, or if it is recognized that there is a risk of causing inconvenience to other guests, we may ask you to refrain from entering.
(3) If the assistance dog causes damage, defacement, etc. to the hotel, the provisions of the preceding article shall apply.
(4) Please comply with the provisions stipulated in Articles 12, 13 and 22 of the Act on Assistance Dogs for Physically Disabled Persons.
Disclaimer
Article 20
The use of computer communication from within the hotel shall be done at the guest's own responsibility. Even if the service is interrupted due to system failure or other reasons during the use of computer communication, and the user suffers any damage as a result, the Company does not take any responsibility. In addition, if the Company or a third party suffers damage due to an act that the Company deems inappropriate for the use of computer communication, the User will be required to compensate for the damage.

Checked items

7. Moving fixtures or using them for purposes other than their intended use.
8. Advertising, distribution of promotional materials, sale of goods, solicitation, etc.

10. In order to protect the privacy of other customers and maintain order in this public space, we ask that you refrain from the following types of photography: photography without permission, photographing in revealing costumes or poses, inappropriate photography for commercial purposes, etc. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask you to stop filming, delete the data, or leave the facility.
