Q.

Can I make a reservation for the same day?

A

We will accept it depending on the availability of the day.

Q.

Is it possible to arrange a cake?

A

Cake is available in the restaurant starting from 2,860 yen for an 8cm cake (serving 2 to 3 people).

Q.

Can I cancel?

A

Please contact us at least 3 days before your arrival date.
A cancellation fee will be charged if you do not show up 2 days ago (50%), the day before (80%), or on the day of your stay (100%). Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on the plan.

Can I wait for cancellation?

A

Waitlists are not accepted. Please inquire about room availability at any time over the Internet or by phone.

Is it okay if I check in late?

A

No problem. Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive later. Also, the entrance will be locked after 24:00, so please be sure to use the intercom at the entrance of the building to talk to the front staff in advance.

Is there a charge for parking at the time of stay?

A

It costs 1,500 yen per night. (Guests on the ground floor can park for free up to one car per room. *A fee will be charged for any additional cars.)

Can I specify the room type and number of floors?

A

We will accept it depending on the availability of the day.

Do you have handicap rooms?

A

Yes, we have two rooms. In addition, in order to make your stay even more comfortable, we have pre-equipped reclining beds, handrails on the bus, chairs, buckets, and non-slip mats.

Do you rent out humidifiers?

A

All guest rooms are equipped with an air purifier with a humidifying function. Please contact us for other rental items. Also, please note that the number of each is limited.

Wireless internet connection (free of charge) is available in all rooms.

Please tell me the number of people who can share a bed and the target age.

A

Up to 1 child per bed can use existing beds. The target age is preschool children.

If you are using it with 3 people, we can prepare it for a fee, but please note that there are room types that are difficult to install.

Can I borrow a baby bed?

We will prepare it free of charge (for children under 2 years old). Please note that the number is limited and some room types are difficult to install.

Questions about weddings

Can I visit alone or with friends or family?

A

It is possible. Rest assured that when you visit us, the right wedding planner will be in touch with you.

Q.

How many times should I visit the facility for meetings until the day of the reception?

A

It depends on the customer, but basically you will come 4 times. If you have limited time, you can visit us 2-3 times, or we can have a meeting by phone or email. Please be assured that our dedicated staff will respond to your needs and circumstances.

Q.

Is it possible to have a wedding ceremony and a dinner party with only a small number of relatives?

A

Yes, it is possible. Depending on the schedule, we may not be able to show you some days, so if you can contact us by e-mail or phone, we will explain in detail. Please feel free to contact us.

Q.

Do you have meals for children?

A

We offer a children's lunch ¥3,000 (for lower grades of elementary school) and a children's course ¥5,000 (for upper grades of elementary school).

Do I have to pay a carry-on fee if I bring in handcrafted items?

A

There is no corkage fee for handcrafted items. There are other items that you can bring in and items that you refrain from, so please contact us.

Is there a changing room available for reception attendees?

A

We have free changing rooms for both men and women on the 3rd floor of the hotel. We can also make reservations for kimono dressing and hair styling, so please feel free to contact us.

Can I rent costumes for my parents at the hotel?

A

Costume rentals are handled by our partner shop, TREAT. We offer rentals of formal kimonos (tomesode) and morning suits, as well as dresses for female guests and children. We will provide you with more information during our consultation.

Many of our guests come from far away, so could you introduce us to nearby hotels?

A

There are many hotels in the surrounding area, so we will introduce hotels that can be prepared in your desired price range. We also have special discounts for our guests who are attending our hotel.

Do I have to reserve the food in advance?

A

It is not particularly necessary, but if you let us know in advance, we can provide the food smoothly on the day. In addition, some courses are limited to reservations, so please make a reservation in advance if you wish.

Can I reserve a seat?

Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve or guarantee seats at all restaurants. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I have breakfast without staying overnight?

A

Yes, you can. We also accept reservations via the internet, such as through our website.

Is it barrier-free?

A

The entrances to each restaurant are barrier-free, however, there are steps at Akigase Tatami Room and some of the seats at Sereno.

Q.

Is it possible to have a face-to-face meeting or betrothal?

A

Yes, it is possible. In Akigase's tatami room, both families can relax and enjoy meals and conversations. Please note that there will be no moderation, moderation, or other services.

Can you accommodate if I have an allergy?

Yes, please feel free to let us know if you have any allergies or disliked ingredients. We will change the ingredients and dishes so that you can enjoy it to the last plate. In that case, please let us know in advance.

Is there a parking lot? Also, if I use the restaurant, will the parking fee be discounted?

Our hotel has parking lots on the first and second basement floors. For customers who spend 2,000 yen or more at the restaurant, parking is free for up to two hours (one car) during lunch and cafe time on weekends and holidays, and free for up to three hours (one car) during dinner time on weekdays and weekends and holidays. Parking before 4 p.m. is considered lunch and cafe time.

The restaurant is completely non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area in the hotel building.

Yes, there is parking available. There is space for 127 cars and the charge is 330 yen per 30 minutes.

We have a limited number of wheelchairs available for rent. (Available only in the hotel.)

A

Up to 1 child per bed can sleep together. The target age is preschool children.

Q.

From what age are children charged for breakfast?

A

Children over elementary school age will be charged the same price as adults, and a children's menu for preschoolers will be available for 1,000 yen. (We do not accept reservations, so please make your request directly at the breakfast venue.) Sharing the breakfast is free of charge.

Can I borrow a crib or bed guard?

A

Baby cots are available free of charge. The number is limited, so please contact the hotel in advance if you need it. Please note that bed guards are not provided.

We accept applications on weekdays. Please apply at least two weeks before the event.
For venues other than SAKURA HALL, due to wedding reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, banquets starting before 19:30 can be booked if there is availability two months in advance.

What is the minimum number of people required to use the banquet hall?

A

Our banquet halls are available for groups of 20 or more for meals. For inquiries regarding use for meetings, training sessions, etc., please contact us directly.
We have venues ranging from a minimum of 47m to a maximum of 417m (capacity of up to 440 people in a theater-style setting).

What is the final deadline for the number of participants?

The deadline is 12:00 PM (noon), three weekdays prior to the date of your banquet.

Is there a cancellation fee?

A

Cancellation fees will apply starting 120 days prior to the event date.

[Regarding cancellation fees]
- Cancellations made between 120 and 91 days prior to the event date: 30% of the regular room rate for the reserved venue (time)
- Cancellations made 90 to 61 days prior to the event date: 40% of the regular room rate for the reserved venue (time)
- Cancellations made 60 to 31 days prior to the event date: 50% of the regular room rate for the reserved venue (time)
- 30 to 8 days before the event: 60% of the total estimated cost for the banquet, etc.
- 7 days to the day before the event: 80% of the total estimated cost for the banquet, etc.
- On the day of the event: The full amount of the estimated cost for the banquet, etc.
*In addition to the above, we will add any actual costs already incurred for production, etc.
*The total estimated cost will be based on the most recent quotation.

Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, but is permitted in the designated smoking areas on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th floors.
