Delivery service

Sending and receiving packages

Packages can be sent via courier from reception (COD only) or via Japan Post’s Yu-Pack parcel service from the convenience store on the second floor. Guests wishing to pick up a package upon arrival at the hotel must ensure that it is sent to reception (pre-paid), with details of the guest’s name and period of stay included on the shipping form.

Laundry

Our same-day laundry service means even long-term guests don’t have to worry about their clothes being ready. Any laundry brought to reception by 10:00 AM will be laundered and ready for pick-up by 6:00 PM the same day. (No service is available on Wednesdays, Sundays, and public holidays.)
