"Mark Kitchen" is a cooking class where chefs from THE MARK GRAND HOTEL will teach you cooking tips and tricks.

The chef will give a cooking demonstration while engaging in lively conversation.

The dishes served this time are "Sakura Shrimp Pasta" and "Strawberry Bavarian Cream".

 

The chef of THE MARK GRAND HOTEL will share with you tips and points to enhance the deliciousness of these two spring dishes, full of seasonal flair.

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have and enjoy a conversation with the chef, a person you might not normally have the chance to speak to face-to-face.

 

After the lesson, you can enjoy a mini-course meal and personally experience the flavors of the dishes, enabling you to better apply this experience in your home cooking.

We will present you with the recipe as a gift. Why not delight your family and friends by cooking for them?

 

You are welcome to come with friends, or even just by yourself.
