・Notifying the facility takes time, so it is difficult to confirm
・Items are sold on dates and holidays when there is no stock available

For the above reasons, regarding reservations made through some overseas booking sites (such as Agoda),
We ask that you contact the website through which you made your reservation.
Even if you contact the accommodation facility, due to procedural reasons, we will not be able to confirm, change, or cancel your reservation (including prepayment by credit card).
