・Period: Tuesday, November 25, 2025 to Sunday, June 7, 2026 (planned)

- Regarding noise: Any work that produces loud noises will be carried out only between 10:00 and 15:00 when there are fewer guests.

・About parking: Due to construction work, there is limited space. If the parking lot is full, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please use the nearby paid parking lot. (As this is not an affiliated service, the fee will be the customer's responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.)

・About the guest rooms: The Japanese-style rooms, cherished for many years, have been transformed into Western-style rooms, ideal for families and groups. These rooms now accommodate up to four guests, making them perfect for overnight stays.

To ensure a better stay for our guests, we will be renovating the 9th-floor guest rooms. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

・Period: Nov 25, 2025 (Tue) – Jun 7, 2026 (Sun)

・Noise: Work involving noise will be limited to 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

・Parking: Space is limited due to construction. If full, we kindly ask you to use nearby paid parking (fees are at the guest's expense / no hotel partnership).

・Rooms: All Japanese-style rooms will be fully renovated into new Western-style rooms (max 4 guests).
