About the bridal fair
Please tell us about the contents of the bridal fair.
We will guide you through the venue tour, tasting, schedule and estimate consultation in about 3 to 4 hours.
Is it possible to visit the bridal fair without making a reservation?
We also have tastings available, so please make a reservation in advance. Please feel free to contact us as we may be able to accept even on the day depending on the reservation status.
Can I visit alone or with friends or family?
It is possible. Rest assured that when you visit us, the right wedding planner will be in touch with you.
Can I visit on weekdays?
We are also available on weekdays. There is also a bridal fair held on weekdays.
Are there tastings at the fair?
We offer free tastings. Please enjoy the chef's proud dishes.
Please tell me about the contents of the online consultation meeting.
Using a 360-degree CG virtual system, we will guide you through the venue tour and schedule consultation in about 2 hours.
Please let me know about the availability of the venue.
During popular seasons and days, reservations may be made up to a year and a half in advance, and the availability of venues fluctuates daily. Therefore, when you participate in bridal fairs and online fairs, we will also inform you about the latest availability and estimates.
About wedding ceremony and reception
How many times should I visit the facility for meetings until the day of the reception?
It depends on the customer, but we have visited 3-4 times. However, if you have limited time or live far away, it is possible to visit us once or twice and have a meeting by phone or email. Please be assured that our dedicated staff will respond to your needs and circumstances.
Is it possible to have a wedding ceremony and a dinner party with only a small number of people or relatives?
Yes, it is possible. A wedding planner will be available for consultation at the bridal fair, so please feel free to contact us.
Do I have to pay a carry-on fee if I bring in handcrafted items?
There is no corkage fee for handcrafted items. There are other items that you can bring in and items that you refrain from, so please contact us.
Is there a place to store guests' luggage during the party?
yes. We have a cloakroom available. We keep all luggage except valuables.
Are there screens in the reception hall?
Each venue has a projector screen. We will check the playback of the DVD in advance, so please mail it or bring it with you at least two weeks in advance (if you bring it, please be sure to contact us in advance). Please contact the planner in charge for details.
I was asked to do some entertainment, what should I do?
Thank you very much for your participation in the entertainment at the party of the two of you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please inform the planner in charge of the following details at least two weeks before the wedding.

About cooking
Can I order a menu that accommodates allergies?
yes. We will ask you in advance about the contents and details of allergies and create a menu that takes into consideration.
Do you have meals for children?
We offer a children's lunch for 3,300 yen (for lower elementary school students) and a children's course for 5,500 yen (for upper elementary school students). We also have children's chairs available. Due to limited availability, please inform your planner in advance if you require a children's chair.
Can I bring in baby food?
You can bring your own. Hot water is also available, so please ask the staff if you need it.
About facilities and services
Do you have a room where I can breastfeed?
We do not have a dedicated nursing room. You can use the women's changing room and the waiting room for the bride and groom. If you would like to use it, the staff will guide you, so please feel free to ask.
Is there a place where I can change my child's diapers?
yes. We have a restroom with a table for changing diapers.
Is there a parking lot?
There is a parking lot where 185 cars can be parked in the basement of the hotel.
Do you have a wheelchair?
yes. We rent wheelchairs. The number is limited, so if you need one, please let the planner in charge know in advance. In addition, each floor is equipped with a multipurpose toilet.
Is it possible to send luggage to THE MARK GRAND HOTEL in advance or send a parcel from THE MARK GRAND HOTEL?

Can you call a taxi for me on my way home?
Yes. It is possible. Please ask the staff. We can also arrange a taxi company of your choice.
Are there any accommodation discounts for attendees?
yes. We offer accommodation at a preferential price for wedding guests. Please contact us for prices as they vary depending on the season and day of the week.
Please tell me about access.
You can come within a 10-minute walk from Saitama Shintoshin Station, Kita-Yono Station, and Yono Station. From Saitama Shintoshin Station, you can use the pedestrian deck directly connected to the station.
Do you have a smoking area?
Available on the floor of each reception hall. *Not available in the wedding/reception hall.
Can you arrange childcare facilities and babysitters?
We do not arrange childcare facilities or babysitters.
Are there any kids' rooms or waiting rooms for children?
It is possible to set up a kids space in the reception hall. Please contact the planner in charge as we will guide you for a fee. *We do not have a dedicated waiting room such as a kids room.

Is it possible to exchange for new bills?
We are sorry, but we do not exchange bills for new bills, so please be prepared in advance.

Do you have a waiting room for relatives?
yes. We have separate waiting rooms for each family.
Can I ask the attendees to dress up and do hair and makeup?
We also accept arrangements for dressing and hair and makeup services for guests with advance booking. We ask the bride and groom to make arrangements. If you would like this service, please let the bride and groom know your preference.
Are there changing rooms available for attendees?
Please be assured that we have separate changing rooms for men and women. The changing rooms are free to use, so reservations are not required.
Do you have a shuttle bus?
We do not have a shuttle bus because you can come from all the nearest stations within 10 minutes on foot.
Can I rent clothing for guests?
The Treat Dressing, a costume shop located on the second floor of the hotel, offers a variety of costumes, including traditional Japanese formal wear and morning suits.
Can I enter the museum with a stroller?
Yes, you can enter the museum while on board. A baby bed is also available free of charge. The number is limited, so please let us know as soon as possible.
