We have a limited number of wheelchairs for rent. The chapel and reception hall are all barrier-free. We also have a nursing room and baby bed available (free of charge) for guests with children.

We will ask you in advance about the contents and details of allergies and create a menu that takes into consideration.

A children's menu is also available. We offer a ¥3,000 children's lunch for children up to the lower grades of elementary school, and a ¥5,000 children's course for children up to the upper grades of elementary school.

THE MARK GRAND HOTEL has a parking lot on B1 and B2 that can accommodate up to 185 cars. (Barrier-free spaces require reservations.)
Admission is free for guests attending the wedding ceremony and reception.
